Volleyball Recap: West Florida Baptist Academy Gets the Win

West Florida Baptist Academy posted their closest win since September 12, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Bible Baptist Christian Eagles 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Conquerors also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2022.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was West Florida Baptist Academy who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-18, 21-25, 15-5.

West Florida Baptist Academy has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Bible Baptist Christian, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, West Florida Baptist Academy will take on East Hill Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Conquerors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Bible Baptist Christian, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Covenant Christian Academy on the 16th.
