Grayson County posted their closest victory since October 30, 2024 on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past the Bland County Bears 3-2. The win continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won five in a row.

Grayson County was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 23-25, 12-25, 25-16, 15-10.
