Basketball Recap: Liberty Bible Academy's Run of Three Straight Wins Now Over

After flying high against Fayette Christian last Monday, Liberty Bible Academy came back down to earth. The Liberty Bible Academy Patriots fell to the Cincinnati Landmark Eagles 49-44. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 45-32 back in December of 2024.

With the loss, Liberty Bible Academy broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-4. As for Cincinnati Landmark, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty Bible Academy will welcome Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cincinnati Landmark, they will host Community Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Community Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.8 points per game this season.
