Soccer Recap: Columbia City's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Columbia City lost against Fort Wayne Northrop back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eagles lost 7-0 to the Bruins. The loss put an end to Columbia City's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Columbia City fell to 2-1-1. As for Fort Wayne Northrop, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Columbia City will head out to face off against Bellmont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bellmont's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Fort Wayne Northrop, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Angola at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
