Volleyball Recap: Anderson Takes a Loss

Anderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vista Ridge Rangers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2015.

Anderson's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Vista Ridge, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Anderson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Gatesville on the 16th. As for Vista Ridge, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Bowie on the 16th.
