Baseball Game Preview: Fannin County Rebels vs. Lumpkin County Indians

The Fannin County Rebels will challenge the Lumpkin County Indians at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Fannin County's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Dade County as they made off with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won 11 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lumpkin County). They blew past Johnson 17-0 on Tuesday. The Indians haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Lumpkin County's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Fannin County, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 14-9 record.
