Softball Recap: Plymouth Big Red vs. Crestview Cougars

Plymouth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-2 to the Crestview Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Plymouth of the 16-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Monday.

For Crestview's part, Kalee Hamman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Hamman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in four consecutive pitching appearances.
