Cambria Heights is  a perfect 4-0 against West Shamokin since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Highlanders will face off against the Wolves at 7:00  p.m. Cambria Heights is coming into the  contest hot, having won their last five games.
On Friday,  everything came up roses for Cambria Heights against Homer-Center as the  squad secured  a  42-7 win. With the Highlanders ahead  34-7 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
 Cambria Heights found their leader in sophomore  Nolan Clawson, who rushed for 128 yards and a pair of  TDs on only 11 carries, and also picked up 40 receiving yards. Another player making a difference was  Brayden DeArmitt, who picked up 68 receiving yards and one  touchdown.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask West Shamokin). They came out on top in a nail-biter against Conemaugh Valley on Friday, sneaking past  22-20.
 Cambria Heights better keep an eye on  Ryan Booher. He was instrumental in West Shamokin's win, rushing for 41 yards and a pair of  scores, while also throwing for 109 yards and one  TD.  Christian Wilcox helped out on the ground, rushing for 84 yards.
 West Shamokin's first  victory this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Cambria Heights, their record is now 8-1.
 Everything came up roses for Cambria Heights against West Shamokin in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024, as the  team secured  a  57-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
