Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Gets the Win

Jefferson won the last time they faced Belle and things went their way on Saturday too. The Blue Jays walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers.

Olivia Bone paced Jefferson's offense, picking up six kills. Bone got some help from Halayna Loyd and her 11 assists. Haley Ditch controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 5-10-4. As for Belle, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3-1.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Herculaneum on the 20th. As for Belle, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Licking on the 20th.
