Baseball Recap: Century Diamondbacks vs. Hillcrest Knights
After losing to Hillcrest the last time they met, Century decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Century Diamondbacks walked away with an 8-4 win over the Hillcrest Knights on Monday.
Gavin Flynn made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Flynn was even better at the plate, scoring three runs while going 2-for-3.
