Baseball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Comes Up Short

Jordan-Matthews managed to slip by North Moore the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Jordan-Matthews Jets came up short against the North Moore Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 13-0. The defeat leaves the Jets still looking for their first win of the season.

Jordan-Matthews' record is now 0-8. As for North Moore, they picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 3-4.

Looking ahead, Jordan-Matthews will head out to square off against Southern Lee at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Jordan-Matthews has given up an average of 11.9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for North Moore, they will host Jordan-Matthews at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
