Football Recap: Minooka's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Minooka's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They never let the Rosary Royals get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Minooka's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Rosary, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Minooka and Rosary will both be playing Hononegah the next time they take the field. The Indians will head out to face the Indians at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Royals will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
