Lakeland won the last time they faced Churchland and things went their way on Friday too. The Cavaliers put the hurt on the Truckers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Cavaliers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).

While Lakeland won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-23, 25-13.

With the win, Lakeland broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-5. As for Churchland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Lakeland will challenge Deep Creek at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Churchland, they will square off against Norcom at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
