Tinora is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Parkway 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since November 2, 2024.
Tinora wouldn't go down easily and took Parkway into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 27-25, 23-25, 24-26, 15-11.

Tinora relied on the efforts of Jayden Sines, who had ten digs, and Tatum Creps, who had 37 kills, eight digs, and one block. Creps is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season. Riley Baldwin also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
Tinora was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Buckeye Central beat Van Buren 3-1 on Thursday.
While Buckeye Central might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Van Buren scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 24-26, 25-19, 25-21.
Tinora's record now sits at 23-2. As for Buckeye Central, their record is now 20-5.
