Basketball Recap: Glenburn Takes a Loss

Glenburn lost against Tioga back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Glenburn Panther took a blow against the Tioga Pirates, falling 62-33. The Panther have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glenburn's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. As for Tioga, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glenburn will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Harvey at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Tioga and Stanley will round out the year against one another at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Tioga's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
