Basketball Game Preview: Bowie Jackrabbits vs. Holliday Eagles

Bowie is 2-8 against Holliday since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Bowie Jackrabbits will host the Holliday Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Bowie is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Friday. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 44-39 heartbreaker at the hands of City View. While losing is never fun, the Jackrabbits can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 418th, while the Mustangs are ranked 202nd).

Meanwhile, Holliday was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 49-43 to Henrietta.

Holliday's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Bowie, their loss dropped their record down to 16-12.
