Schalmont won the last time they faced Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sabres walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Ravens. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Sabres.

Schalmont walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 20-25, 25-9, 25-19.

Nadia Sawyer paced Schalmont's offense, picking up 21 kills. Sawyer got some help from Olivia Dagostino and her 28 assists. Dagostino was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Schalmont's record is now 6-8. As for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Schalmont will square off against Colonie Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Sabres are facing the Wolfpack at the right time seeing as the Wolfpack are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, they will take on Ichabod Crane at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
