Bernie came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the South Pemiscot Bulldogs 15-3. The Mules have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Bernie pushed their record up to 19-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for South Pemiscot, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-4.

Coming up, Bernie will host Holcomb at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for South Pemiscot, they will head out on the road to challenge Cooter at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
