Winslow came tearing into Friday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 1-0 W against the Monument Valley Cougars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Bailey Upshaw paced Winslow's offense, picking up three kills. Upshaw got some help from Keira Barton and her three assists. Natilyn Nez controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Winslow's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Monument Valley, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Winslow didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Window Rock on the 29th. As for Monument Valley, they will face off against Many Farms at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
