Soccer Recap: Ridgeline vs. Lewis & Clark
If Ridgeline was feeling good fresh off their 4-0 takedown of Central Valley last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Lewis & Clark Tigers who were credited with the win on Wednesday. The Lewis & Clark Tigers got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Ridgeline Falcons' four. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
Ridgeline's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6-2. As for Lewis & Clark, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3-2.
Ridgeline will welcome Southridge on Tuesday. Lewis & Clark does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
