After losing to Maranatha the last time they met, Bishop Amat decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Minutemen on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Bishop Amat never let Maranatha on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-6, 25-23.

Bishop Amat's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lauren Meza, who had 12 digs and four assists. Natalie Peinado was another key player, getting 12 assists and four aces.

Bishop Amat's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Bishop Amat will take on Charter Oak at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maranatha, they will face off against La Serna at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
