The T.R. Miller Tigers lost to the W.S. Neal Eagles back in December of 2023, but the T.R. Miller Tigers didn't allow the W.S. Neal Eagles the same satisfaction on Monday. T.R. Miller enjoyed a cozy 47-31 win over W.S. Neal. The win made it back-to-back wins for T.R. Miller.
Among those leading the charge was Christopher Williams, who scored 20 points along with three steals. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brodie Anthony, who scored eight points.
T.R. Miller's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for W.S. Neal, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.
T.R. Miller will square off against Escambia County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Escambia County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than T.R. Miller in Alabama (Escambia County is ranked 158th, while T.R. Miller is ranked 317th). As for W.S. Neal, they will be playing at home against Shields at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
