Soccer Recap: Arkadelphia Takes a Loss

Arkadelphia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Nashville Scrappers, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Arkadelphia can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 67th, while Nashville are ranked ninth).

Arkadelphia's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Nashville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Arkadelphia is set to challenge their familiar foe Bauxite at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Nashville will square off against rival Hope at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
