Baseball Recap: Sebastopol Takes a Loss

Sebastopol lost against Pisgah last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bobcats came up short against the Dragons, falling 12-2. That's two games in a row now that the Bobcats have lost by exactly ten runs.

Sebastopol saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke McGarrity, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Sebastopol has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-5 record this season. As for Pisgah, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

Coming up, Sebastopol will venture away from home to challenge Forest at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pisgah, they will challenge Taylorsville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
