Baseball Recap: Holbrook Roadrunners vs. Morenci Wildcats
After losing to Morenci the last time they met, Holbrook decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Holbrook Roadrunners walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Morenci Wildcats on Saturday. That's two games straight that the Roadrunners have won by exactly four runs.
Baler Reidhead made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed six innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
