Volleyball Recap: St. Thomas More Takes a Loss

St. Thomas More lost against Menomonee Falls back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cavaliers fell just short of the Phoenix by a score of 2-1.

Sophia Scardino paced St. Thomas More's offense, picking up 11 kills. Scardino got some help from Julia Killoran and her 18 assists. Finally, Hanna Bultman kept St. Thomas More's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

St. Thomas More's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

St. Thomas More didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Arrowhead on the 29th. As for Menomonee Falls, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Neenah on the 29th.
