Basketball Game Preview: West Ridge Wolves vs. Chantilly Chargers

The West Ridge Wolves will be taking part in a tournament against the Chantilly Chargers at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Tuesday, West Ridge was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 64-59 to Greeneville. While the Wolves didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Greene Devils 22-16 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Chantilly ended up a good deal behind Upper Arlington on Friday and lost 50-34. The match marked the Chargers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

West Ridge has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Chantilly, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
