Volleyball Recap: Royal Valley Takes a Loss

Royal Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hiawatha Red Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Red Hawks this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat on Tuesday.

Royal Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-18-1. As for Hiawatha, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-18 record this season.

Royal Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hiawatha, they will challenge Jackson Heights at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
