Basketball Recap: Findlay Takes a Loss

Findlay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat. They lost 61-36 to the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Yellow Jackets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-37 back in January.

Findlay's loss dropped their record down to 1-21. As for Perrysburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Findlay and Perrysburg are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Findlay will challenge St. John's Jesuit at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Perrysburg, they will take on Cleveland Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Perrysburg knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Cleveland Heights likes a good challenge.
