Foothill scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 65-41 margin over Arvin. That 24 points margin sets a new team best for Foothill this season.
Diego Cabrera continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 17 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Fernando Sarabia, who scored 12 points along with nine rebounds.
Mira Monte posted their biggest win yet this season on Friday. They put the hurt on Arvin with a sharp 76-52 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Mira Monte.
Foothill's victory ended a 15-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-14. As for Mira Monte, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.
Foothill lost to Mira Monte on the road by a decisive 62-46 margin in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Can Foothill avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
