Volleyball Recap: New Castle Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Irvington Preparatory Academy, New Castle was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Non Varsity Opponent.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: New Castle took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15.

New Castle's win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Castle will head out to face off against Traders Point Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they will venture away from home to take on Pocono Mountain East at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
