Basketball Game Preview: Franklin Warriors vs. West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights

The Franklin Warriors will face off against the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights on Thursday. Franklin has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 9.

Franklin is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Ridge on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Franklin was outmatched by Ridge and fell 63-28. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 187th, while the Red Devil are ranked 21st).

Meanwhile, West Windsor-Plainsboro North hadn't done well against Hightstown recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way two weeks ago. West Windsor-Plainsboro North narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Hightstown 49-46.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for West Windsor-Plainsboro North, their win bumped their record up to 16-3.
