Softball Recap: Austin Achieve Comes Up Short

Austin Achieve fell victim to Lago Vista and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 24-0. The loss leaves the Polar Bears still looking for their first win of the season.

Austin Achieve's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lago Vista, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Austin Achieve will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Northeast Early College at 6:00 p.m. on the 11th. As for Lago Vista, they will welcome LBJ Austin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
