Middlesex entered their tilt with Kennedy Memorial on Monday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Bluejays, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Middlesex's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Kennedy Memorial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Middlesex will venture away from home to take on Woodbridge at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kennedy Memorial, they will head out to square off against Carteret at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Ramblers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.13 runs per game on average), something the Mustangs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
