Caleb Love from Christian Brothers (St. Louis) is the 2019-20 Suddenlink Missouri Player of the Year after an impressive senior campaign that saw the 6-foot-3 guard average 26.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, three assists and 2.5 steals per outing.

Love guided the Cadets to the MSHSAA Class 5 state semifinals before the Missouri State High School Activities Association announced Monday the remained of the state tournament would be canceled.

The future North Carolina Tar Heel produced at a high level throughout the season, scoring 30 or more points in nine games. His most impressive performance came against East St. Louis (Ill.), tallying a season-high in both points and rebounds with 42 and 11.



Love is regarded as the No. 18 prospect in the Class of 2020 according to 247sports.

Dominant two-way inside presence averaged 16.3 points, 11 rebounds and 5.7 blocks per game to lead the Titans to a 22-6 record.

Missouri's Player of the Year averaged 26.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, three assists and 2.5 steals per game for the Cadets.

Regarded as one of the top guards in the state, Brookshire led all scorers with 25 points in the Chiefs 67-52 victory over Rock Bridge (Columbia) in the MSHSAA Class 5 quarterfinals.

Averaged 30.8 points per game to guide Dora to its first state crown. He scored a game-high 25 points in the Falcons' 59-49 state title game victory over St. Elizabeth.

Led the Vikings to the MSHSAA Class 5 state quarterfinals, averaging 20.6 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per contest. Schark finished as Howell's all-time leading scorer with 1,879 career points.
