The Grace Christian Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They lost to Providence Athletic Club at home by a decisive 34-18 margin.

Providence Athletic Club found their leader in underclassman Anabel Catone, who scored 14 points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Huckaby, who scored five points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Providence Athletic Club, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Christian will take on New Covenant School at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. New Covenant School is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games. Providence Athletic Club will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
