Basketball Game Preview: Tantasqua Regional Warriors vs. Nashoba Regional Wolves

The Tantasqua Regional Warriors will take on the Nashoba Regional Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Tantasqua Regional's favor as the squad sits on nine straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Nashoba Regional has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Last Friday, Tantasqua Regional didn't have too much trouble with Uxbridge as they won 49-33.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nashoba Regional). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Maynard 77-46. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Nashoba Regional's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Tantasqua Regional, they are also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
