Alexis Russell Game Report: @ Monroe Central

Alexis Russell has led Northeastern in runs on the season and she led the team again on Monday. Russell made a splash, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Monroe Central back in May of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Russell and Northeastern will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Union City at 5:30 p.m. The last time Russell duked it out with the Indians (back in May of 2024), the Knights came out on top by a score of 11-9.
