Volleyball Game Preview: Taconic Thunder vs. Lee Wildcats

Taconic hasn't had much luck against Lee recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Thunder are taking a road trip to challenge the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Taconic came up short against Wahconah Regional and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 16-25, 25-8, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Lee waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Generals.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Lee was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14, 25-12.

Lee's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Taconic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Taconic was able to grind out a solid win over Lee in their previous matchup back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Thunder since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
