Softball Recap: North Pole Takes a Loss

North Pole was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Kodiak Bears, falling 30-4. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 12-1 to the Bears when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Pole's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kodiak, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

North Pole has already played their next match (against Wasilla), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Kodiak, they will be taking part in a tournament against Colony at 4:20 p.m. on Friday.
