Weimar has gone 8-1 against Ganado recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Weimar Wildcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Ganado Indians at 7:00 p.m. This will be Weimar's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

It was a proper cat-fight when Weimar challenged Fayetteville on Tuesday. Weimar fell just short of Fayetteville by a score of 9-8.

Meanwhile, everything went Ganado's way against Schulenburg on Tuesday as Ganado made off with a 12-2 win. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by nine runs or more this season.

Callen Hajovsky was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, five RBI, and one triple. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits. Cade Nixon was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Ganado was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .423. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .423 or higher in three consecutive games.

Ganado's record now sits at 3-4-1. As for Weimar, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Weimar suffered a grim 19-4 defeat to Ganado in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Weimar avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
