Softball Game Preview: Wai'anae Seariders vs. Mililani Trojans

The Wai'anae Seariders will face off against the Mililani Trojans at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Wai'anae has given up an average of 8.8 runs per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Wai'anae is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Hawaii's top teams: Campbell, who was ranked second at the time (Wai'anae was ranked 19th). The Seariders came up short against the Sabers on Thursday, falling 12-1.

Meanwhile, Mililani got the win against Nanakuli on Thursday by a conclusive 14-2. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Golden Hawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Mililani's win bumped their record up to 6-1-1. As for Wai'anae, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
