Crestview put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Champion Golden Flashes 53-8. Given the Rebels' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 183rd, while the Golden Flashes are ranked 629th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Jake Noling produced another solid effort rushing for 107 yards and one score on only 11 carries, while also throwing for 175 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Hart, who rushed for 79 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.

Crestview's record now sits at 8-0. As for Champion, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Crestview will venture away from home to challenge Garfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rebels will need to watch out since the G-Men have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Champion, they will be playing at home against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Leopards' defense has only allowed 14 points per game this season, so the Golden Flashes' offense will have their work cut out for them.
