Baseball Recap: Grace Christian Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Grace Christian's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Kenai Central Kardinals on Saturday. The Grizzlies have struggled against the Kardinals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Kenai Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Christian will host Redington on Monday. The Huskies have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.64 runs per game on average), something the Grizzlies will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kenai Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Houston at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
