Willows is 8-2 against Durham since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Honkers are taking a road trip to challenge the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Willows has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Durham will arrive with five straight wins.

Willows lost 3-0 to East Nicolaus on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-11, 25-11.

Pierce typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Durham proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bears, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Trojans have posted since September 20th.

Durham wouldn't go down easily and took Pierce into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 27-25, 23-25, 19-25, 15-10.

Willows' loss dropped their record down to 5-22. As for Durham, their win bumped their record up to 26-4.

Willows suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Durham in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Honkers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
