Basketball Recap: Seneca Takes a Loss

Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 56-33 to the Eastern Vikings. The Golden Eagles were probably out for revenge after losing 50-33 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Eastern, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Seneca will be playing at home against Shawnee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eastern, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-32 victory against Washington Township on the 4th.
