Softball Recap: Glenbard South Raiders vs. Glenbard East Rams

Glenbard South had lost three straight on the road, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 6-11 to make it four. They came up short against the Glenbard East Rams, falling 10-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in April.

As for Glenbard East, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games.

For Glenbard East's part, Lilly Carver was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases Carver has posted since back in March. Reese Kuhlman was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
