Baseball Game Preview: Belton-Honea Path Bears vs. Walhalla Razorbacks + Official Tickets

For the second straight game, Belton-Honea Path will face off against Walhalla. The Bears will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against the Razorbacks at 6:30 p.m.

Belton-Honea Path is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Walhalla just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Razorbacks by a score of 4-3.

For Walhalla's part, DALTON DIAL spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned runs on four hits. DIAL also tossed a walk, which is notable because the Razorbacks are 6-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 7-8 otherwise.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on RUSH HARVEY, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Walhalla's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 13-9. As for Belton-Honea Path, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
