Recap: Doddridge County Bulldogs vs. Williamstown Yellowjackets
The Doddridge County Bulldogs have been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were beaten by Williamstown 67-39 on Saturday. Doddridge County has not had much luck with Williamstown recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Doddridge County lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Tenley Paugh, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kimberly Adams, who scored seven points along with ten rebounds.
Doddridge County's loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Williamstown, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
Doddridge County will look to defend their home court on Monday against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. Doddridge County is facing Liberty at the right time seeing as Liberty is stuck on a 19-game losing streak. Williamstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
