Soccer Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Glenwood Titans. While losing is never fun, Lincoln can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 344th, while Glenwood are ranked 32nd).

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Glenwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lincoln is set to challenge their familiar foe Springfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Glenwood will square off against rival Jacksonville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
